Training

Before the race

A meal replacement (Nutri +) or a protein bar (Protein+, Protein+ White or Pro50+) to build the protein stores to counter muscle catabolism. From 30 minutes to 1 hour before the race - 2 capsules of Caffeina+ Red Pills as a tonic-stimulant: to lower the perception of fatigue and keep up your concentration. 2 tablets of Beta-Alanine+ to buffer lactic acid, taken on a continuous basis (2 tablets before race / training and 1 tablet on rest days), to raise the carnosine threshold.

 

During the race

Designed to nourish the athlete during the race or training. These bars/gels are tried and tested by the best endurance athletes in the world, and are designed to provide the athlete maximum carbohydrates per 100g to give you the edge on your competition.

During the race, every 30 minutes, it is advisable to eat or ingest carbohydrates. After the race

Recovery is such a vital part of being an athlete so you need to ingest these products within 30 minutes of completing your event or training. One scoop of RM1 in 250-500 ml of water to restore glycogen stores, repair muscle tissue through the action of the branched chain amino acids and encourage the recovery process thanks to the addition of creatine.  1 pod of Mineral+ in 500 ml of water to facilitate the hydro-saline replenishment after exertion. 20 g of Sport Proteins (or Top 100% in case of lactose intolerance) in 100 ml of water to supplement the protein loss caused by heavy and prolonged exercise.
